R .Venkatachalam holds M.A, M.Phil and PhD degrees in Psychology. His M .Phil degree is organizational psychology and PhD in creativity. He has over 35 years of university level teaching experience the last four years of which he had at Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia under the Millennium Development Goal for developing countries scheme of World Bank. He has published and presented papers at conferences in the fields of Organization Behavior, Leadership, Small Scale Industries, marital discard and career issues. He had authored book of modules for P G students on Theories of Learning, Transactional Analysis and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy.
