UMA SREEDHAR is a graduate in arts and a post-graduate in clinical psychology, having completed both with high distinction. She has obtained her Master of Philosophy and Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Behavior from Bangalore University.

UMA SREEDHAR started her career with M S University, Baroda and has over 16 years’ academic experience.

A versatile trainer, UMA has conducted training programs for leading corporations such as Indian Oil Corporation, WIPRO, Oracle, MICO, Macmillan, KSRTC, ING VYSYA Bank, State Bank of India, NDDB, BHEL, BSNL, KPTCL and KPCL.
