RAJESH KUMAR has graduate and post-graduate degrees in commerce and a doctoral degree in management from Bangalore University. He is an internationally certified teacher from City and Guilds, London. In June 2006, he completed the Faculty Development Program conducted at the International Management Training Academy at Bled, Slovenia.

RAJESH KUMAR is a prolific writer and has authored 10 books and 6 study materials. He has conducted numerous training programs for professional bodies, corporations and institutions. He has also made learning a life-long passion by attending skills enhancement programs on a regular basis.

RAJESH KUMAR has been serving various universities with distinction as an examiner and custodian for graduate and post-graduate examinations.
