PREMANAND SHETTY is a post-graduate in commerce and law, and has additional qualifications in computer applications and German. He has over 25 years’ experience in India and abroad. He is a registered consultant with Asian Development Bank and Commonwealth Fund for Technical Co-operation. He is a Barrister and Solicitor who has been called to the Supreme Court of the Central Pacific nation of Nauru.
