He is an avid researcher and has authored 40 research articles till now,
published in various National and International journals.
He has also presented 23 papers in National and International Seminars and Conferences.
Twice he has won the ‘Best Paper Award’ for his research paper presented in conferences.
His article titled ‘Rediscovering Followership’ published in Indian Management (July 2006 issue)
was rated as among the top 5 articles for the year (2006) by Business Standard
He won the ‘Young Scientist Award’ in the year 2007 for his contribution in Management Research, awarded jointly by Pantnagar University,
Uttarakhand and Society of Community Mobilization, New Delhi.
His interviews appeared twice in leading national dailies – ‘History gives lessons in HR’, on Oct. 10, 2006 in ‘The Pioneer’,
New Delhi and ‘Create Indian Flower Board to tap World Market’ on Nov. 27, 2006 in ‘The Hindu’ (Online Edition).
