This Website is intended to help you choose your course at Alliance. We hope that you have found a course which interests you. If you wish to apply for admissions at Alliance, you must read the following Terms and Conditions and ensure that you understand them. These Terms and Conditions form the basis of the contract you will enter into with the institution, should you be offered admission at Alliance. All students are required to abide by the institute's rules and regulations. These terms and conditions are subject to change.

 
Terms and Conditions
1.

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained within this Prospectus and is issued on the express condition that all matters in it are subject to change from time to time without notice. While the institution will use all reasonable endeavors to deliver the courses and programs of study and other educational services as set out in this Prospectus, circumstances may change, and the institution reserves the right at any time to vary the content and delivery of courses, to discontinue or combine courses, or to discontinue services.

Fees are payable for all courses and are subject to review from time to time. Payment by installment is not acceptable. Ensuring that fees are paid before the announced deadlines is the responsibility of the student. Non payment of the prescribed fees by the due dates will result in cancellation of registration to the course / following semesters or years.

Policy regarding refund of fee:
  1. Fee has two components - Registration fee and Tuition fee. The tuition fee includes fee for the use of the institution's facilities.
  1. The Registration Fee, once paid, will not be refunded under any circumstances. The objective of this clause is to discourage frivolous admissions.
  1. Refund of tuition fee paid will be considered as follows:
  1. If a candidate withdraws from a program prior to the commencement of a program, 75% of the tuition fee will be refunded.
  1. If a candidate withdraws from a program within one week after the commencement of a program, 60% of the tuition fee will be refunded.
  1. If a candidate withdraws from a program anytime after one week from the date of commencement of a program, no refund of tuition fee will be made.
  1. Discontinuation: If a student decides to discontinue and/or withdraw from a program to which she/he has been admitted, for any reason whatsoever, such a student would be required to pay the entire fee for the remainder of the program. Only after such payment is made will the student be allowed to withdraw from the program and the original certificate would be returned to the student.

Students will also be liable for any travel and accommodation costs incurred whilst on placement. For certain programs, students may incur additional specific charges for such items or activities as university fees (including registration, NSS, NCC, sports & games fees etc.), specialised material or field trips. The institution reserves the right to make additional charges to students for such activities. Details of any such additional charges are available from the Administration Department.

The college may withdraw or amend its offer or terminate a student's registration at the institution if it finds that a false or materially misleading statement has been made or significant information has been omitted from the completion of a student's application form.

The institution does not accept responsibility and expressly excludes all liability for any loss, damage or injury incurred by a student or to his / her property whether in connection with his / her studies or not.

7. Every student of the college is required to register in a form prescribed by the institution before the commencement of the academic year or at other defined stage of their program of studies, and at the time of registration, to sign an undertaking to abide by its regulations, rules and codes of conduct in the institution and the hostels. Copies of the above, collectively referred to as Student Regulations and Procedures, is available with the Administration Department.
8. Disputes of any kind are subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts only.
